This product is the absolute worst thing i’ve ever purchased, and the service at this store is beyond bad. I bought them from a sleezy salesman who convinced me they’re the same as the original ones but cheaper. He made sure i tried them before and promised me a 3 year warranty as you can see written in red bold letters in the description. After 1 day of minimal use the lid of the airpods became disconnected and they stopped charging and even connecting to my iphone. They refused to compensate me for the bad merchandise and insisted it was سوء استخدام ( classic warranty loophole ). I would advise everyone to stay away from this company and stick to reputable stores like excite, best etc..
