1) How to create an account?

a) Click on the Signup Option
b) Enter Details and create you 4 digit passwords.
c) Click Submit.
d) Congratulations – You have registered successfully.

 

    2) How to search for a Product?

    a) Type the name of the product that you want to search in the search box on top.
    b) Click the “search button " or press enter key on keypad after writing the product name.
    c) You can also search by the menu based on the categories

     

      3) How to place an order?

      a) Choose the items that you want to buy and click “Add to Cart “Button.
      B) After adding the items to cart, click on the “My cart " button, that is located on the top header.

       

        4) How will I know if my order is placed successfully?

        a) A notification page will appear once your order has been place successfully with your order ID.
        b) You will also receive a notification on your registered email ID

         

          5) When will my order be delivered?

          a) Within 24 working hours
          b) As per the schedule selected by you.

           

            6) Do you deliver outside Kuwait?

            a) Currently we only deliver in Kuwait (Confined to areas Specified in the address list)

             

            7) What are the delivery charges?

            a) Free Delivery for any orders above 10 KD invoice value.
            b) 1 KD charge for any order below 10 KD Invoice value.

             

              8) What are the payments Methods?

              a) Currently our payment methods are Cash on Delivery (COD) and KNET.

               

                9) How do I cancel my order?

                a) You can contact our customer service and we would assist you and ensure you get your rightful refund or exchange whichever is applicable

                  a) Yes, we guarantee all products sold on our Future Store are genuine products covered with standard manufacturer’s and agency warranty.

                    a) All Payment Transactions are secured by approved SSL Certificates.
